Northampton Cooperative Bank eStatements are convenient and environmentally friendly.

Sign up for electronic statements from Northampton Cooperative Bank, and cut down on the paper you receive. Available with a wide variety of our accounts, such as Coop Green, eStatements make it simple to receive your account statements electronically, including images of cancelled checks, disclosures and other important notices. The service is convenient, and it's free.

eStatements are fast and easy.

Fast and convenient, eStatements are available online sooner than paper statements arrive by mail. You can view, search, save and print them, if you like, any time. They are archived online for 16 months, ready for you to access at any time. They are environmentally friendly, because you don't need to print them, and neither do we.

eStatements are secure.

You must access your eStatements using your secure online banking account log in: eStatements are never sent by e-mail to an unsecure mailbox.

How to sign up for eStatements.

To receive eStatements, you must be a Northampton Cooperative Bank Online Banking user and have a valid user name and password and a valid e-mail address. You can sign up for online banking here.

Already an online banking customer? Log on with your user ID and password. Click on "Accounts" or "Account Services." Then click on "View Statement." After reading the "User Agreement," verify that we have your correct e-mail address and click "Accept."

eStatement FAQ

How will I know when my current eStatement is available?

Each month, an e-mail reminder will be sent to your registered e-mail address whenever a new eStatement is available for your review.

How do I notify you of a new e-mail address?

Notify us of your new address within your online banking session, under "Account Services."

Can my eStatement notification be sent to two different e-mail addresses?

Currently our system supports only one e-mail address per account. However, you can access your eStatement from any computer with secure Internet access.

How long are eStatements kept online?

eStatements are available beginning with May of 2008. As your personal eStatement archive builds, you will be able to access up to 16 months of statements.

Can I save and print eStatements?

You may view, save, or print an eStatement that looks just like the paper statement you receive today.

Can I receive a printed statement if my computer isn't working or if I need one for another reason?

Yes, you may contact us at 413-584-4474 during our regular business hours to request a printed statement by mail. There may be a charge for each statement copy requested.

Can I obtain my check images?

You may view or print an image of any check that has cleared your account. Sort and view options enable you to view your cancelled checks in various ways.

What if I have questions about transactions or eStatements?

Please call us at 413-584-4474 during regular business hours with any questions about your eStatements. You may also wish to refer to our error resolution notice.

How do I discontinue eStatement delivery?

We believe you'll enjoy the convenience of receiving your monthly statement electronically. But if you do decide to switch back to paper statements, simply contact us, send us a secure e-mail message through online banking, or call us at 413-584-4474. Of course, you can always stop in to any our locations in Northampton, Amherst or Florence.
